We’re here to make sure every part of your experience — from your first click to your last bite — feels sweet, smooth, and satisfying.

If you ever need help with your order, products, or account, our team is always happy to assist.

 


 

1. Order Support

Track or Modify an Order

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
If you need to make a change to your order (address, quantity, or cancellation), please contact us within 2 hours of placing it — after that, we may already be preparing it for shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Canada (and soon internationally 🌍).
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method, but typically range between 2–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
If you haven’t received your package within the expected timeframe, please reach out — we’ll look into it right away.

 


 

3. Returns & Replacements

Because Pretty Dates offers fresh, perishable products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns once an order has shipped.

However, if your package arrives damaged, melted, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

We’ll gladly review and offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

If you’re having trouble signing in, resetting your password, or accessing your account:

  • Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset it instantly

  • If the issue continues, email us at support@prettydates.com and we’ll fix it for you
